  • 125 ml (1⁄ 2 cup) chopped onions

  • 2 Chipotle peppers
  • 60 ml (1⁄ 4 cup) brown sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil
  • 60 mL (1⁄ 4 cup) cider vinegar
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) garlic powder
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) paprika
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) mustard powder (dry)
