My maple syrup has crystallized, is that normal?
Crystallization is a normal phenomenon in maple-based products. It occurs when the sugar content is too high relative to the water content during production.
We recommend placing your bottle of maple syrup in a warm water bath to eliminate the crystals. You can also collect the crystals and use them as sugar!
