YOUR ROLE AT LA PIMENTERIE
- Type, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and other related documents from dictated or handwritten notes;
- Process and match invoices;
- Follow up and collect accounts payable;
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies;
- Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries (customer service);
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- If required, compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.
- Process, analyze and evaluate administrative files related to the department’s activities (personnel management, work organization, financial management, accounting management, purchasing, material management, sales management, advertising and marketing activities, customer service, etc.);
- Conduct analyses and administrative operations related to the budget, contracts and project planning, as well as the management process;
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and ensure inventory control and budgetary control;
- Assist the manager responsible for the unit and participate in the activities required for the proper functioning of the unit.
