Our products have a shelf life of two years when unopened. Once opened, they should be stored in the refrigerator for one year. The expiration date and batch number are printed at the bottom right of the label.
All our products are guaranteed gluten-free ! Sauces containing beer are made with gluten-free beer.
With the exception of Formica Fortis hot sauce, all our products are vegan.
Unfortunately, our products are not certified organic. However, we do not put anything in our products that we would not eat ourselves !
Crystallization is a normal phenomenon in maple-based products. It occurs when the sugar content is too high in relation to the water content at the time of production.
We recommend placing your bottle of maple syrup in a double boiler to remove the crystals. You can also collect the crystals and use them as sugar!
We do not specify the Scoville scale for our sauces. The heat level is indicated on a scale ranging from 1 to 5 chili peppers. For the Challenge Box, here are some guidelines :
Our products may contain the following allergens : sesame, soy, mustard, and sulfites. For each sauce, you will find the ingredients listed on the product sheet.
To discover the power and taste of Scorpion chili peppers, we recommend the Forbidden Fruit hot sauce.
To discover the power and taste of Ghost Pepper, we recommend the Bollywood hot sauce, as well as our extra-hot sauces.
Unfortunately, we do not yet produce sauce with this chili pepper.

The tracking number is generated automatically when we prepare your orders. However, it only becomes active once Canada Post picks up the package from our warehouse. There may therefore be a 24-hour delay during which the tracking number is not active.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding peak periods). Deliveries are then shipped by Canada Post within 1 to 3 business days.

Yes, you can come and purchase our products Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 2251 Dandurand Street in Montreal. Please note, however, that this is not a store; we will welcome you inside our factory. We recommend that you call (438) 943-0919 when you arrive at the building, and we will come down to open the door for you.
