La Pimenterie is committed to offering delivery throughout Canada. Free shipping applies exclusively to orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and after promotions) to Quebec and Ontario only. Any order destined for one of its provinces or territories will be processed according to these terms. Orders placed through the online store for delivery outside Canada will be automatically rejected and refunded. Such orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. La Pimenterie reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier for delivering your order. Standard delivery times are typically one to two weeks from the moment the carrier receives the order. However, additional delays may occur depending on service demand and your geographic location.

As we rely on third-party carriers, La Pimenterie cannot guarantee a specific shipping timeframe. Our team remains available to assist with tracking your shipment and ensuring its receipt.

To avoid shipping issues and potential delays, please ensure your delivery address is clearly written, including apartment number (if applicable) and postal code when placing your order. La Pimenterie is not responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect shipping information. Any order that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information will incur additional fees.
