La Pimenterie's mission is to spread the passion for chili peppers, create original hot sauces, and offer flavor innovations, while promoting chili pepper culture in Quebec. Our mission is to elevate the gastronomic level of spicy condiments and give every bite the full potential of wonder that food can offer. Life is far too short not to taste good!

What if hot sauce became a culinary art in its own right?

For too long, hot sauce has been limited to its sole function of "spicing up." Beyond standard and traditional recipes, we explore unexpected, precise, and bold combinations. A delicious balance and controlled intensity, always in the service of taste.

This is our guiding principle: flavor first, then build intensity. Our sauces are inspired by cultures and recipes from around the world, from a street taco in Oaxaca to the grandmother's recipes that bring our summers to life. Each recipe is a creative process in its own right. It can start with a single ingredient, its aromatic signature, and the synergies it can have with others. We seek to surprise, to balance, to thrill the taste buds. And always with this constant desire to create something delicious.

Our commitment is simple: to promote the sector, support small farms, and build a more humane economy. Because a good product starts with a good partnership.

Producers, our pillars

We work hand in hand with our Quebec producers, chosen for their expertise, commitment, and love of the land. Together, we share much more than just harvests: a shared vision of taste, respect, and a job well done.

Less than 50 kilometers from our workshop, there's Benjamin from Serres Chlorophylle, David from Jardins Damaco… and so many others. They're the ones who make our sauces possible. And you can taste it in every bottle!
