We've concocted an alcohol-free version of the timeless Moscow Mule, boosted with our Curry Verde sauce. It's the ideal cocktail for those who want freshness and character, without compromise. The combination of spicy ginger and the aromatic complexity of green curry creates a lively, fragrant, and surprising drink. It's easy to make and proves that “alcohol-free” can go hand in hand with “explosion of flavors”!
Ingredients:
120 ml non-alcoholic ginger beer
15 ml fresh lime juice
1 to 2 drops of Curry Verde hot sauce – La Pimenterie
Ice cubes
A sprig of fresh mint or a slice of lime (for garnish)
Preparation steps:
Directly in the glass
Fill a glass (or a copper mug for the classic look) with ice.
Add the fresh lime juice for acidity.
Pour in the well-chilled ginger beer.
Add a drop of Cari Vert, taste and adjust according to your desire for spiciness. The aim here is to highlight the coriander and ginger notes in the sauce.
Stir gently with a bar spoon so as not to lose the fizz.
