Ingredients

Cucumbers

This fresh vegetable is a key ingredient for balancing heat. Its slightly sweet flavor and high water content refresh the palate. It’s used to create lighter sauces, perfect for summer or dishes where a bright, refreshing kick is desired.

Green apples

The apple with a punch. We use it for its tart, crisp, and refreshing flavor, perfect with peppers. It adds a lively kick that awakens the taste buds.

Mint

Mint brings a bright, refreshing, and herbal note to sauces. It lightens the heat and enlivens the flavors. Its essential oils create a cooling sensation that contrasts delightfully with the spiciness of the chili.
