CLUB FUMISTERIE

A BBQ-style twist on the classic club sandwich, with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and La Pimenterie’s Fumisterie sauce. A smoky, spicy touch that turns a classic into a carnivore’s favorite.

Ingredients:
For your enjoyment, you’ll need:

  • The delicious Fumisterie sauce from La Pimenterie

  • 1 small bowl of mayonnaise

  • 1 tomato (8 thin slices)

  • A few iceberg lettuce leaves (also tasty with spinach)

  • 450g chicken breast

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 6 slices of soft sandwich bread

  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese

Preparation steps:

  1. For cooking, place your bacon slices between two sheets of parchment paper and bake for 8–10 minutes, depending on your preference.

  2. Meanwhile, cook your chicken 8–10 minutes per side until fully cooked. Toast your bread in a toaster.

  3. In a small bowl, mix your mayonnaise with Fumisterie sauce, to taste.

  4. Spread this spicy mixture onto the slices of bread.

  5. On one slice of bread, layer a few lettuce leaves and chicken pieces, then top with another slice of bread (for extra joy, you can spread mayo on both sides of this slice).

  6. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top, then the tomato and bacon, and close with a third slice of bread. Repeat for the second club.

  7. Serve with fries to dip in mayo-Fumisterie, a salad, or anything else you love on the side.
