MICHELADA AU CHILI TWIST

We’ve crafted a Michelada recipe with our Chili Twist from La Pimenterie—perfect for summer gatherings with friends or family.

It’s the perfect balance of fresh lime and the salty edge of Clamato, elevated by the complexity of our spice blend for a drink full of tension and flavor. Simple to make, and guaranteed to wake up your taste buds!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp La Pimenterie Chili Twist

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime (about 30 ml)

  • 2–3 dashes of your favorite La Pimenterie hot sauce (we recommend Chêne Réaction!)

  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 very cold Mexican lager (pale beer)

  • Cold Clamato juice

  • 1 lime wedge, for serving

Preparation Steps

  1. Rim the glass
    Pour the Chili Twist onto a small plate. Rub the rim of a large pint-style glass with a lime wedge, then dip generously into the spices. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Assemble
    Pour the lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and your hot sauce directly into the glass.

  3. Build the drink
    Tilt the glass and slowly pour in the beer until it reaches halfway. Top with Clamato to fill the glass.

  4. Finish
    Stir gently with a spoon to blend the flavors without agitating the beer too much. Garnish with a lime wedge.
