TANDOORI BURGER

A vibrant burger with Indian spices, enhanced by La Pimenterie’s Bollywood sauce. The combination of grilled tandoori chicken, homemade bolly-mayo, and crunchy vegetables creates a flavor explosion in every bite. A plant-based or meaty burger that breaks the ordinary.

Ingredients (for 2 burgers):

For the tandoori chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts or boneless thighs

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp tandoori paste or tandoori spice mix

  • 1 tbsp La Pimenterie Bollywood sauce

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt, pepper

For the bolly-mayo:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Bollywood sauce

For assembling:

  • 2 brioche burger buns

  • 4 cucumber slices

  • 4 tomato slices

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Sliced red onions

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Preparation steps:

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, tandoori spices, Bollywood sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let rest for at least 30 minutes (ideally 2 hours).

  2. Cook the chicken on a BBQ, skillet, or oven until fully cooked and lightly caramelized.

  3. Mix the mayo with Bollywood sauce to make a quick bolly-mayo.

  4. Toast the buns in a pan or toaster with a little butter.

  5. Assemble the burgers: bolly-mayo on both buns, chicken, vegetables, lettuce, then close.

  6. Serve hot with fries, salad, or grilled vegetables.
