GREEN THAI PEPPER

The Thai chili pepper is a small red or green chili pepper widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine. Despite its modest size, it boasts impressive heat, ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville units. Its flavor profile is vibrant and spicy, with herbal and slightly fruity notes.

It delivers intense and rapid heat, ideal for enhancing curries and Asian dishes, while maintaining their balance. Used sparingly, it reveals all the richness and finesse of Thai cuisine.

Ingredients

Green bell pepper

The pepper that hasn’t ripened yet. It’s used for its more bitter and pronounced taste, which pairs beautifully with chili peppers. It adds depth and complexity.

Galangal

The distant cousin of ginger, sharper and more citrusy. It’s used for its unique flavor, reminiscent of Thai and Indonesian cuisine. Added for an exotic touch that makes us travel without leaving the kitchen.

Coconut milk

Coconut milk is the best friend of chili peppers. It’s used for its sweetness, creaminess, and exotic flavor, which pair perfectly with heat. It creates smooth, indulgent sauces inspired by Asian cuisine.
