Resolutely Portuguese

At the crossroads of cultures and a nod to Portuguese roots. The intensity of the Habanero is balanced with the acidity of lemon and sumac, softened by the roundness of red pepper. The result is a creamy, sunny, and nuanced sauce that enhances dishes without ever overpowering them. Recommended by Babish himself.
