Extremely chipotle apple

When apple meets fire, it gives birth to Newton, a unique hot sauce from La Pimenterie. Its flavor profile unfolds in three stages: first, the crisp sweetness of Quebec apple and maple syrup, then the smoky depth of chipotle, and finally, the lively, sustained burst of habanero. This artisanal composition combines indulgence and intensity, offering a rich and perfectly balanced experience.

Ingredients

Apples

The fruit that makes us live life to the fullest. We use it for its crunchy, juicy, and sweet taste, which pairs perfectly with chili peppers. It adds freshness and a creamy texture.

Carrots

Carrots are the all-purpose vegetable. They're selected for their mild, sweet flavor, which adds a natural roundness and creamy texture. They're used for their healthy "filling" qualities, allowing them to bind flavors while providing a solid, comforting base for sauces.

Spices

This is the heart of our recipes. Spices are used for their complexity and ability to create a symphony of flavors. We combine them to create unique profiles that take us on a journey in a single bite, while providing unforgettable warmth and length.

Producers

Quebec

Our sauces are made entirely in Montreal, using peppers grown right here in Quebec. Each bottle embodies our passion for authentic flavor, well-balanced heat, and respect for the terroir. It's our way of bottling the richness of Quebec, one pepper at a time.
