Ingredients

Ants

A tiny creature with a big impact. They are used for their bright, citrus-like acidity. Added to create a unique sauce, they bring a tangy flavor and a surprising crunch, reminding us that heat can also create a playful tension between taste and texture.

Mangoes

Mango adds tropical sweetness and a golden hue to our hot sauces. Its juicy flesh balances the heat, extends the lingering flavor, and enhances the overall taste. Rich in vitamin C, it naturally intensifies the aromatic perception.

Gluten-free IPA beer

This beer is the star of bitterness and aroma. It is used for its notes of citrus, hops, and tropical fruits that pair perfectly with the peppers. It brings a sophisticated bitterness that creates a complex tension with the heat, resulting in a balanced flavor profile.

Producers

Quebec

Our sauces are made entirely in Montreal, using peppers grown right here in Quebec. Each bottle embodies our passion for authentic flavor, well-balanced heat, and respect for the terroir. It's our way of bottling the richness of Quebec, one pepper at a time.
